Questions run through my mind, clouding my vision of life in the present moment. I revisit the past and wander into the future as a way to move from the present. I sometimes write, find a place for quiet prayer and meditation and look for a good listener, just as you did. That listener may not have any answers but just the listening is calming to a troubled spirit. I'm glad you have such a friend and have a suspicion you are also a good listener.
