A kiwi is a flightless bird unique to New Zealand that we hold up as a national emblem and dearly associate ourselves with by name because it is so unique. What cloud did that idiot have his head in to change the name of a fruit that is not even ours to incorporate the name of the bird of our 'national idenity'?
